Take-over of SEVAR Anlagentechnik GmbH

With over 25 years of experience, SEVAR is one of the first German suppliers of belt dry- ing plants for sewage sludge and biomass. From initial plants in Germany to worldwide implemented installations, SEVAR ‘s equip- ment has shown a high level of innovation, reliability and commercial viability.

SEVAR’s portfolio is complementary to Haarslev’s product range in the area of envi- ronmental technologies and especially sew- age sludge drying. Haarslev can now offer a broad range of individual solutions for sludge and biomass drying utilising its suc-

cessful Haarslev Rotadisc disc dryer, Flo-Dry rotary drum dryer and Rotatube dryer lines in combination with the SEVAR belt drying technologies.

By integrating SEVAR into Haarslev’s inter- national manufacturing and sales network, Haarslev Industries will generate strong growth potential for its Environmental Divi- sion. As part of the take-over, SEVAR An- lagentechnik GmbH will be merged into Haarslev Industries GmbH and serve as lead organisation for Haarslev’s Environmental Division.
